your favorite woogirl wingwoman is teaching the world to ask for it.
consent queen.
Hi! I’m Karli Johnson M.S.Ed and I’m teaching the world to ask for it! With over 15 years experience as a professionally trained advanced relationship and consent communication expert, my focus is on consent education for all ages!
TEDx Speaker and Global Author of “A Kids Book About Consent,” my goal is to get consent education in the hands of every kid and adult on the planet.
I worked with state reps to pass the Consent Education Law in Illinois. Now, we’re working together to get the law passed in other states. Along with RAINN, the national sexual violence hotline, to advocate for violence prevention, consent education and victims rights on a national level.
My updated child friendly podcast, “Ask For It” reclaims that victim-blaming phrase and teaches the world what we’re really asking for…
Consent. Respect. Help. Justice. Empathy. Equality.
My guests and I explore these topics in regards to consent, communication, and victim-blaming.My new adult podcast show, “Funny Fucks” is a comedy sex education show that dives into the vast experiences of sex education and sexuality to teach the world the skills for a better sex life.
not your typical educator.
From the cornfields of Iowa to the mountains of Alaska, I travel the country educating on the topics teachers, parents, and bosses don’t (typically) like to talk about.
Whether it’s through classroom education, keynote speeches, business trainings, stand-up, burlesque and drag, or one-on-one coaching and consulting, my unique approach emphasizes personal connection with audiences through stories, humor, discussions, participation, and tangible skill-building.
I shares my personal tragedies and triumphs, as well as communication, sex education, and violence prevention education methods to thousands of students, from elementary school to college across the country.
not your typical business owner.
As an award-winning business owner myself, based out of Peoria, Illinois, I presents to businesses, non-profits, military groups, law enforcement, medical professionals, worldwide corporations, and local organizations across the globe.
From non-profits to fortune 500 companies, my keynotes, workshops, and business trainings, coupled with communication and anti-violence consulting, have impacted the lives of hundreds-of-thousands of professionals.

“Speaking on subjects that are often difficult to broach, Karli is a dynamic, passionate, engaging speaker who is able to connect to audiences, from varying backgrounds, on a personal level.
Karli has an exceptional ability to not just talk to audiences, but to talk with audiences. She conveys her message through stories that people understand, and uses that shared experience to build dialogue.
In her discussions, Karli challenges her listeners to reflect on what they think and how they act, and encourages them to go out and have the conversations that we sometimes wish to avoid.
She has an impact on those who hear her speak, and should you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend that you listen.”
